This is a westgate TIMESHARE resort. If you don't have a timeshare with them. Dont stay. It was not what i expected from the website

Dryer and washer had hair in them poor Internet connection needs extra parking spaces for customers

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, the pool was beautiful, and the lake view was amazing. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a huge disappointment. It offered only a few hard-boiled eggs, sliced bread, very poor-quality coffee, and a limited selection of fruit. On top of that, there was always a long line of guests waiting. We stayed for five nights but had breakfast at the hotel only once because it simply wasn’t worth it. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much better breakfast. Improving the breakfast would make this hotel even better.

The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay in Florida❤️

This place is old outdated dirty on the outside looks like an abandoned hotel that has no upkeep! Don’t waste your money or time at this hotel!!
