Great view from the 26th floor! The breakfast was excellent, but it ended too early (9:30 am) The observation deck is a plus. They didn’t have a breakfast/lunch box service for an early departure so we couldn’t use the meal voucher or a refund. The staff is very helpful and try to make you enjoy your stay. There are plenty of places to have authentic meals.

The location is excellent and the room is decent size. The beds were ok and shower worked good,

Hotel sauna was such a nice bonus.

Honestly this is a really great hotel for a night in Seoul. Within walking distance to Myongdong, busy market street below, loved this location! Smoking room (outside) on 5F which felt a lot safer than going down the street alone at night.

Loved the outdoor veranda, view from room, large tub and breakfast. Staff very helpful and kind. Hotel was quiet.

Moved from The Grand Jordan so obviously was not expecting same standard but market down for property being well maintained as in the room several things had been tapped up where damaged and the carpet in the lifts had come up and taped down. A lot of it was just cosmetic which is why I thought just soft it properly. Not the hotel fault but note if you book through Expedia there is an important info section that highlights additional charges for both Gym and Infinity pool and normal pool and a fee for each separately. Otherwise can’t knock the location and does the job and good for the price albeit separate charges for services.
