I contacted the hotel a few days before arrival to ask about early check-in or storing my luggage. I explained that I had three suitcases and would arrive around noon. The manager responded and was accommodating, and I followed up again on the day of arrival for details. However, when I arrived, I discovered the elevator does not work and that I had to carry my suitcases up three flights of stairs. There was no front desk, just a restaurant, and no one available to assist. I messaged the manager to point out that I had not been informed the advertised elevator was not functional, but received no apology or acknowledgment. The cleaner tried to help, but my suitcases were too heavy.

Always enjoy my stay at Megapolis Hotel. Rooms are clean, prestine and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good.

In the middle of the old town, lovely rooftop. Beautiful apartment. Easy check in. WhatsApp line is available if anything was needed or if we had questions.

The door handle broke and we got locked in the room, then that night a high pitched alarm went off and I had to call multiple times for someone to turn it off. They did after an hour or more and then it came back on a few hours later. No offer of apology or compensation for lost sleep. The staff is wonderful. Friendly and did their best, but I would not recommend.

1. Safety Issue (Critical) Water is leaking through the lighting fixture when the room above uses the shower. This presents a significant safety hazard, particularly involving electricity. 2. Room Condition The air conditioning is not functioning properly. The overall room condition has been described as outdated and poorly maintained. 3. All-Inclusive Package Concerns The guest was charged for dinner due to a late arrival caused by a flight delay, despite having an all-inclusive package. Basic beverages such as wine and even water are reportedly not included, which contradicts guest expectations of an all-inclusive stay. 4. Service Experience The guest requested a room change; however, only maintenance was offered instead of immediate relocation. No immediate resolution or alternative accommodation was provided on-site.
