Royal Vacation Packages

We were told we were getting a cabin and private area. What we got was a tent with a bed, a bathroom, a small table with 2 chairs and a kitchenette. The hot tub was 104 degrees. Was very disappointed.

Arrive and found out there is new owners. Wasn't a problem but okay. Young ladies that do housekeeping bust there butts and helped us out immediately. Miss the snacks machines but that's minor. Some folks just dont care there is others sleeping and being woken up at 4am till 5:30 wasn't a pleasure. Plus leave things a mess. View is always amazing, relaxing and can meet some great people visiting as well! We go every year there and gonna decide about next year.

Sheets were dirty, had them change and put more dirty sheets on. AC was leaking so there was water all the way to the bed. Room was just dirty.

This was a peaceful stay with a beautiful view! We enjoyed watching the boats from our private balcony. It was just what we needed after traveling for 8 days and wanted to relax before exploring Hot Springs!

I absolutely loved our stay here! We traveled with kids and this place was perfect and so cute. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!
