I chose this hotel because I have always enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency. This hotel was a nice stay with pros and cons. Positive was a nice spacious room, very clean and very comfortable they have 3 different pillow comfort to choose from, for me this was so important because it could make a difference between a great sleep and No sleep at all with a sore neck. The cons were the service at the restaurant.. one important thing to add is that I have celiac disease, I was traveling with my daughter and wanted to enjoy a good breakfast at the hotel before our college visits. Once at the restaurant waited to be seated about 5 min, we ask if it was better to eat from the buffet or regular menu, our server told us to take a look and decide, buffet didn’t look appealing at all they were no eggs anymore, no fruits, just some potatoes and very little bread. However with celiac I decided it was better from the menu and let him know about it. I was afraid of cross contamination. Had a simple omelet,‘potatoes and told him twice about having celiac asked for some gluten free toast and coffee. This was the worse omelet possible ever in my life, eggs were microwaved and nuked spinach and feta were just tossed over, small side salad on the side was nice, potatoes were insanely salty!! could eat it. Fruit salad was so small looked like a sample literally my daughter counted 5 blueberries and 4 raspberries, it was a joke. Worse thing later in the day I got so sick. Unacceptable

Eurostars has an ideal location for those that want to explore downtown Boston! The hotel was extremely clean and secure. Highly recommend!!

We were in Boston for the Mammoth March in Hingham and needed a base for some sight seeing in Boston for the week. We did not have a rental car but the parking garage was easily accessible and secure. We were able to get ubers very easily from the location. The Chelsea train station was only a 5 min walk away and the trains were reliable and efficient. The support staff replied to all our messages in the chat option quickly and were very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and set up. The apartment was clean and all the linens and towels were freshly laundred. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

My experience was ruined by a two and a half hr wait beyond the declared 3 pm check in. A free drink at the bar and apologies don’t cut it. 3 pm check in means 3 pm check in especially when one is paying way over one thousand dollars for a room.

Nice that the room came with complimentary breakfast at the adjoining restaurant. Incredible location right in central Boston.
