Rowesville Vacation Packages

The hotel was in a wonderful location near the Colonial Life Arena. The room was very clean, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. I do have an issue with the valet service at the hotel. We checked in before an event at a busy time so the valet area was chaotic. I was instructed by the woman attending the valet stand to give my phone number and proceeded with the app (which prompts payment instructions). Once I checked in with the front desk, I was asked if I was doing self-parking or valet. I advised valet, but i had already arranged payment through the app. After check-out, I discovered I had been billed by Hilton in addition to the PMC valet company for one night. I did not expect to pay $64.00 in an 18-hour span for valet. I'm still dealing with the double charge with Hilton.

Nice n clean easygoing bed was comfortable

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was good!

Enjoyed my stay and everything was good. The only problem was the dirty used bandage stuck to the flyer on the desk. Kinda gave me the ick.
