This was set up for my daughter & her family coming from Sacramento, CA. They commented that everything was great.

Found a penny on the floor (not vacuumed), no soap in shower, none by the sink, lotion dispenser empty. Mattress was the worst I've ever tried to sleep on. Trying to escape the divot where most guests sleep by the lamp, I found the other corner raised and it felt as if I was sleeping on a hillside. I crawled to the foot of the bed but still couldn't sleep. At 2:30 a.m., I took the bed clothes and dropped to the floor where I slept until 7. Staff incredibly helpful. No hard boiled eggs. Boy's wrestling team members (guests) were polite Thank you for allowing me to vent. I expect my $200 covered hot water, laundry, electricity, and breakfast. Margaret Sherve (age 75)

Room was.very clean. TV was hard to figure out. Great help from the front desk.

The property smelled musty and there was visible dusty and dirt. I also purchased a Celsius from the front desk with a $20 bill and they didn’t have change. He said he would bring it to my room later but never did. I left without it and had to call and ask them to return it to me. I had several “pet fees” on my bill, though I didn’t have a pet. They don’t me someone witnessed me with a dog. It was quite an ordeal. Eventually they returned my $15 change to my daughter who lives in the area, and refunded the erroneous fees. I will not be back.

The room is super clean. The staff helped me with my bags as I cannot walk very well I needed a walker. The breakfast was nice in the parking was very good. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great hotel!! Our room felt like a little studio apartment :) We’ll definitely be back to stay again!

With all the cockroaches in the room we didn't sleep at all! Worst stay ever!
