Better pillows would be helpful. We went to buy different pillows after first night. The ones provided were flat as a pancakes and about as wide. Otherwise stay was good. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and we were asked to rate pool but there is no pool. But we would not have used it anyway. Overall would stay again, but will bring our own pillows.

We arrived late and the initial room we were checked into had an issue with the cleanliness but upon calling and reporting, we were immediately changed over to a new room that was more recently renovated. The on-site manager was absolutely amazing and she's honestly the only reason I'm leaving such a decent review. The new room still needs some work, the bed was extremely hard to the point we barely slept and we had a funeral to attend 12hrs after our arrival and then we drove the 8hrs home. I think an actual repair man should come through and do some basic repairs to the facility and I truly believe new gravel is needed on the one hill going down on the left, we had difficulties with our car going down because water has eroded the gravel away.

This was a delightful surprise. It was very cute and well maintained. The Outpost was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The stay was incredibly relaxing and we truly had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

I got the bed but no breakfast to be had. This place was essentially self service with no host or staff available or apparent during my stay. Nearly a week from my stay and still no response or resolution. Had to call them again to get any acknowledgement of the missing half of their name. The facility itself was very nice.

This place is fantastic. I always avoided it because I grew up roaming the halls of the Executive Inn in Paducah and had such nostalgia for the location but I got a great deal on a room there one night and decided to trust the reviews and go for it. Glad I did, the place is great. Staff is super chill, too.

We visited The Lakehouse at Sledd Inn for a girls getaway! Overall we had a good stay. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. And the hotel was in a convenient location (8-20mins) to local attractions/ restaurants! I appreciated the box fan in the room… don’t know if that was left on purpose? The breakfast was nothing special so plan accordingly. The biscuits were frozen. There were no “hot food” options. Just bagels, yogurt, toast, and bananas. We also had difficulties finding staff at times. The post a sign to call the number for help but, we’d usually wait for someone to return to the lobby. Upon check in, the lady at the desk mentioned the pool was open… it wasn’t. I guess she had forgot to unlock the gate related to the overcast and few guests. My last complaint was little to no shampoo/hand soap/ body wash/ conditioner. To me, I’d assume you check and refill these upon cleaning the rooms. It wasn’t done.
