The location was great to Fort Bend Fairgrounds The pool area was beautifully maintained and we were lucky enough to have a poolside view. The rooms are very well insulated so we don't hear any noises from neighbors. The highway noise is very loud outside but not in our room. I would plan future trips to this hotel.
