Terrible place ,pretty much all places where you can't get refunds is terrible like I ordered online and it said it doesn't charge right away until you check in yet I never checked in cause I had cats and still no refund

It is not a completed Boutique Hotel. Building is being renovated and sits behind a lower level motel. You check in at the other motel and drive through the parking lot to an unmarked building. Lobby is unfinished. There is a handful of rooms down a hallway. No staff. Room was ok. Dirty in corners of the room. AC/Heat control on the wall did not work. No ice or vending machines available. Parking not identified or marked.

⭐ I’d give it zero stars, but apparently that’s not an option. “Disgusting” doesn’t quite cover it. “Terrifying” is getting warmer. 😂 We pulled up and even our Uber driver looked concerned for our safety. When the person whose literal job is to drop strangers off at random places takes one look around and basically says “Y’all need to RUN”… you listen. 🏃‍♀️💨 The whole place had a very strong “rooms available by the hour… no questions asked” atmosphere. 😳 I wasn’t sure if I should check in, call the police, get a tetanus shot, or text my family my last known location. Motel 6 says, “We’ll leave the light on for you.” Please don’t. Turn it off. Shut the building down. And keep driving. 😂 Needless to say, we did NOT stay. ⭐ 0/5 for accommodations ⭐ 10/5 for adrenaline ⭐ 12/5 for our Uber driver trying to save our lives!

A very nice and friendly staff and the room was very clean with a great shower!!

The rooms had a foul smell and dark spots on the ceilings!! Someone may need to check on possible mold. Despite the rooms, Debbie was delightful and helpful. Debbie was kind, pleasant and had excellent customer service!! She desires to be recognized and appreciated.

The staff around the property was excellent, very helpful & very friendly. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. The staff at the front desk & around the property was excellent, helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the room cleaning staff. We had to keep tracking them down each day for towels & washcloths. The coffee maker didn't work, so we had to track them down to get a new one. Finally it worked. They didn't show up for 3 days. Each day we got back to the room late in the afternoon we walked into our room & it had never been cleaned, beds not made, no new towels, trash cans were full, no replacing paper coffee cups. We basically went to the front desk each day and got all of our new supplies for coffee in the morning. Weird.. Other than the room staff, the rest of the hotel was fantastic and the food down at the restaurant was excellent.
