Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There was only one staff member working. He was the front desk host AND the shuttle driver. Took him more than 10 minutes to come across the street to the airport. Followed me in and I realized he had a sign up that said “on a shuttle run, be back soon” so guests have to wait for service if another guest needs a ride to/from the airport.
The room smells like smoke and doesn’t appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. Things are coming apart (the edges of the window, and the seams in the bathtub, etc).
I started to shower and went to wash my hair only to discover the shampoo was completely empty. I got out and stood, freezing in a towel, in my room to call down to the front desk. I called three times with no answer. So I got dressed and went downstairs with a towel wrapped around my hair, and waited at an empty front desk until the main employee guy came back from whatever he was doing outside. He got me a shampoo bottle and didn’t even apologize or say a single word about it.
I resumed my shower only to realize there were two bottles of conditioner in place of any body wash.
Overall I’m super disappointed and will never recommend this hotel to anyone, and my company travels to this area a lot for work.
