Very friendly owner. Room was big. We did not get a balcony room, but we had a table with comfortable chairs next to the large window facing the ocean. It was beautiful. Room was very clean and the king bed was comfortable. TV goes off a lot because of the internet service. We did not care, but something to know if you want to watch TV. Close to Calais & Eastport. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room was a generous size and had views of Passamaquoddy Sound with path access to a local beach. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. They use a Roku box for TV services, which is unfamiliar to us, but offers a lot of viewing options. We didn't really have much time for TV, given the locale.

Place was nice. The only things that was was not. The beds were too high. I struggled to get in and out. Looked to be a box spring and 2 mattresses. Making it way to high other then that it was a nice place.

The property is in a good location to visit Downeast Maine. The ocean front view is great. The room was clean. We used the coffee maker, minifridge, free ice, and wifi. The price for our accommodation was very reasonable. On the negative side, the AC was quite noisy.
