The place is useful for people who taking flight from Jomo Kenyata Airport. The area looks rough there’s no restaurants or like supermarket near is more of busy area with clothes shops and streets kiosks .

Great hotel n location . Right next to the mall

The hotel is a bit of a throwback, but it’s a beautiful oasis in the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. Lots of trees and birds and green space.

excellent dinner

I don't do reviews but if I had read this I'd have booked elsewhere. This property photographs well..but it's glory days are gone. It is well used and dusty even before you get to your room. I know I'm in Kenya but that's no excuse. The little things are lacking too. Customer service was great with the security team but it ends there. The girls in the lobby are like deers in the headlights. We got to the room and appliances were not working. We had seafood so a working fridge/freezer is a must. After visiting the front desk again the girl said maintenance would come in the morning. I said it was unacceptable and requested for another room. After 30 plus minutes she capitulated because I was adamant. One incident does not require a bad review.....but there was one eating fork in the room and when I asked for extra cutlery as were were two guests they asked us to use the serving fork to eat. There were enough knives and plates but two spoons and no teaspoons. You have to keep rinsing out cutlery. The other issue was housekeeping. My luggage was on the floor and she used her dirty mop to mop around my luggage. I moved the luggage myself so remember if you leave shoes on the floor they mop around it. The Housekeeping staff is very unfriendly and difficult to tip. When I asked for an extra towel she told me you ONLY get two per room. Then there is the shampoo and soap bring your own. The give only one small tube of each and my SO used it ALL in one shower. Would never book again
