We didn't get internet in the room and talk to the receptionist . But never was looked at. The air-conditioning was set by the hotel but it was hot . Parking you pay extra €15a day . The restaurant was good . Turkish food . The staff was friendly.

Great value hotel, we stayed the night before a flight from Sofia airport. Food hall / shopping mall nearby, breakfast was good and the location was perfect for our purpose.

The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back.

Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view from our room of the mountain. We hope to return again and will book this hotel. Perhaps ask for a room that is not over the restaurant.

Clean room, great staff, no free breakfast with room price sadly.

Prepaid dinner is not worth the money and extremely limited in option - essentially, one options for a salad and two options for the main meal (a vegetarian and not). Even the glass of water was for extra money :(
