There was no availability for extra towels or pillows. The bathroom shower ceiling was covered in mold and caving in. The tub had roaches in it in the am. I checked out early and got no refund for the poor conditions

As soon as I walk into my room, I was greeted by a roach in the middle of the bed. I went to the front desk to show him my uninvited guest and he looked at it as if he was use to seeing that. He said he didn’t have anymore rooms available and that I could ask the booking agent for a refund. I did just that and still had to find a different hotel with available at 9pm. Booking agent said that the property manager would not issue a refund. Don’t book here!

Don't go there

Terrible experience. Door was not secure (prayed the chain lock would hold...), drapes would not close all the way (1st floor room!), and the bathroom door lock was broken. Seemed clean enough until I saw a roach crawl across the bathroom floor in the morning. I specifically asked about an early checkout (4:00 am) and was told that someone would be at the desk. Well. No one was in the office and the door was locked. Had to leave the key card in the room. Will definitely NOT stay there again.
