Our host was friendly and the room was clean. Our main complaint was that the AC stopped working and the room was very hot. We didn't want to disturb anyone during the late hours, but we did tell our host in the morning when we checked out so they could get it repaired.

Beautiful family run hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for the price.

When we arrived they had already given our room to someone else, so we had to wait around while they gave us a room even though we already paid. Then, the door wouldn’t open and we had to go back down. The kitchen in the suite had no utensils, dishes, or cooking materials. The floor had crumbs all over it and was clearly not well cleaned. There was some weird bandaid thing with a red substance on it stuck to the wall, and the water in the bathroom smelled terrible. The hallway also smelled really musty.

Beautifully maintained rooms. Daily room service. Would definitely recommend staying here and eating at the adjacent restaurant.

The place reeked of cigarettes but the lady in the front desk was pretty cool.

Nice clean hotel

The check in was functional rather than friendly. The room was spacious and suitable for our needs. Breakfast was virtually non existent on both days of our stay with no hot food available and low stocks of bread, bagels etc. A slow oven was blamed for no eggs or sausages being available. If you advertise breakfast from 5am you would expect items to be available between 6:30-7am. We wouldn’t stay here again.

My 83 year old mother stayed there. Each day I had to go to desk to ask for towels. Finally I carried the towels and her trash to front desk. They tried to tell me I hadn't requested it BUT I did! Then they said put the clean room on door! I did every day. I day a cleaning lady doing room across. I asked her if she'd take trash out and pointed to the door asking. She said yes. We left for morning came back nothing changed still dirty towels and trash. Last year when mom stayed there the staff was great! This time it was lausy!
