The hotel staff are efficient, welcoming and resourceful. Property could use an update, especially carpets in rooms. Hairdryer was sticky, scratched terribly and should be replaced!! Location is walkable to stores, restaurants, museums, galleries and the cathedral, which is fantastic.

Very nice waterfront hotel surrounded by restaurants and major landmarks are all within walking distance. The elevator only goes up to floor 1 (reception is Floor 0) so you need to climb stairs if you are on a higher floor. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay!
