My stay at The Westin Reston Heights was very disappointing. I felt extremely uncomfortable because the staff seemed to be watching and following me throughout the property, which made it hard to relax or enjoy my visit. To make matters worse, I noticed miscellaneous charges added to my bill even though I had already checked out. I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties before and usually have positive experiences, but this visit did not meet expectations at all. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns so future guests feel more welcome and respected.
