This is a simple and convenient hotel. The room was set up in a way where it felt comfortable even with 3 people. The negatives would be the bathroom. The light is on the outside, the drain did not drain properly and they supplied very little bathroom supplies. I later asked for more and they provided them but I just felt since I had a reservation for 4, they should have provided that.

We had a great stay. It took us by surprise how noisy the garbage truck was at 5:00. Something in the morning. It was beeping like crazy and took forever to get in and get out. I like this hotel and will stay again but will ask not to stay where the garbage truck will go. I love that it is connected to two chicks. One of my favorite hotels in Reno.

The rooms were very nice and things were well taken care of. By only complaints, which you can only do so much about where the neighbors I had the evening of my stay they were loud and obnoxious around my front door and stayed outside until about 11 with horns honking alarms going off I mean, it’s Reno so I let it go. As I’ve said with the last three out of four places, I’ve stayed have somebody clean the drains once in a while.

Our Daughter was having surgery early in the morning. Booked and prepaid for a room at your hotel. On the day of surgery, the staff was very understanding and allowed us to check in early. This was very nice of them to do.
