The hotel staff were very helpful, and rooms was vlean eith a comfortable bed. Breakfast was average-good enough for us. But the pool was dirty, not well maintained and that is something we planned on using after a day of travel.

I have had good experiences with all Best Western stays but I have had problems with Expedia. We did not stay as we were unable to travel due to health. I cancelled this by phone and email but was charged $113.77 plus $9 travel protection on 9-15-2025. I want a credit for this amount from Expedia. ...
