I booked the wrong date for this hotel by mistake - I noticed and called within 10 minutes of the booking- the person told me that the manager was the only one that could chan ge the date of the reservation and i left my number & was told the manager would get back to me - I also immediately called Expedia I've been a Platinum memebr for more than 10 years - although in the begining there was only Gold members. Expedia called the hotel & told me they were waiting for the manager to call them back. EXPEDIA NEVER GOT BACK TO ME SO I CALLED THEM AGAIN! I had booked the room for the 27th but wanted the 20th easy mistake caught in 10 minutes. So stopped by the Hotel on the 21st and was told that DAVE the owner wasn't available - I left my number and explained the issue to the "front desk" person who assured me that he would give Dave the message. Well no response they stole my money and now I will make sure Dave is rewarded. As for Expedia their emails telling me they couldn't get in touch with the manaager to rectify, as far as I'm concerned is a lame excuse since in reality they represent that they are helpful to their customer. Also they have asked for this review - but Expedia doesn't even have the dates right It was check-in 27th not 26th like they show - Ichecked the email confirmation so I know I am right. Expedia may have lost a good customer & the hotel owner/manager should get what he deserves in the future.
