I came back at night no one open the door and I constantly rang the doorbell. Thank God I had another hotel room somewhere else or I would have been sleeping on the streets

I enjoy this resort. Older but well kept. The food was good. I'll definitely stay here again. The two negatives I had were hot water. At around 5-6 pm there is absolutely no hot water. I stayed in room S316 and don't know how many room are serviced with the same hot water tank but it definitely inadequate. Cold showers are very uncomfortable to me. Also the light over bathroom sink is too dim. Unable to trim my beard and mustache. I still give this resort a thumbs up but those are the two area I think need improvement.

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.
