Staff was not to friendly. After waiting 10 minutes to check in, no apology. Never mentioned that the elevator did not work. Had to walk up 3 flights. Shower knob was broke. You had to turn it a certain way. Water would get HOT!!!!! to where the knob would be hot as well. I called to let the front desk know but did nothing about it.

Good centrally-located place in Triangle area

Quick and easy check in, quick and easy check out. Room was fine, fairly standard. Nice large comfortable bed, tv worked (this is not something to be taken for granted, we've been in a few places where it didn't work), and room entrances are inside the building, not exposed to outside. We were on the 3rd floor (out of 4) and there was an elevator. Shower was large, but there's no seal on the door, so there was a little draft inside when not standing directly under the water. Got up late so missed out on the continental breakfast, but nice that it's at least offered. Good location too, as we were there for a Carolina Hurricanes game, and it was a straight shot to Lenovo Arena on I-40.
