A few hours after getting in the room, my wife was just finishing up in the shower when the door to the room opened. An other couple were given our room. The other couple and myself went to the desk to find out what happened. The guy was like so, what’s the problem, I thought the room was empty. After a few minutes he gave the other couple a new room.
The next day as we were heading out for the day, my wife stopped at the office to let them know what had happened and to tell them for handicap room it wasn’t. There was an 18 inch step up to get in the tub to take a shower. The person once again (different person) just sat there with a dear in the headlight look on his face the whole time she was talking to him. After she was done he said what do you want me to do? I wasn’t even here.
Needless to say, we cut our trip short. My wife wasn’t able to get any sleep. Every noise outside the room would make her jump up.
When I checked out and told them we were checking out early and gave them the room number, the girl just said oh you, okay bye.
Other then that, the chair in the room dirty it was a room with a bed. Not the place to stay if you want to relax and unwind after a day on the road
Not a place that I would stay at again or even recommend, unless you want to share a room with someone you don’t know. With a staff that seems like they could care less. Give me your money and leave us alone
