The Casso is amazing. Mostly because of Oleg Sharif and Kayley. They took excellent care of us . We had the most wonderful Christmas. Loved it there.

Disappointed to have to pay for parking. Very clean and fun hotel atmosphere. The shower head did not have strong pressure and some of the nozzles in the shower head were clogged so water spray wasn’t greatest. Bed and pillow quality were excellent but not thick sheets nor was there comforter. The walls in the room seemed thin because we were able to hear neighbors talking next door (or close to our room). Nice TV and Internet speed. Room seemed slightly smaller than expected from online pictures but well furnished and felt like quality. Located in downtown so good location to depart from when exploring the city.
