It wasn’t the hotel itself, but the overall treatment with the reservation. We were told they overbooked because of a family reunion at that particular property. Yes they did accommodate us at another property after some time.kinda unprofessional the way it was handled, plus the pool was cold due the equipment being broken. A damper on our entire stay.

Reservation vs Reality....

Bed comfortable, room & pool clean. However check-in associate not very friendly or accommadating. Made online reservation weeks in advance & paid extra for walk-in shower handicap room. Was given room with high bathtub & grab bars. Room was long horrible distance from elevator. Who designed that & thought it was good idea. They will give you 2 alcohol drinks for free, but don't ask for a N/A beer to socialize & safely drive, they will charge through the nose. Zero accommodation for a smoker. Would a bench & ashtray at far end of parking lot etc, be too much for a respectful smoker?
