Beautiful high end hotel with friendly service. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival they placed me in a room not matching my booking , when I mentioned that to reception they told me all our rooms are the same either a room or a suite and your booking is bed and breakfast; the room to be chosen according to our availability. However; when insisted and tried to show them my booking they changed my room.

This is a B&B and not a hotel. I was in the superior room with a king and a twin. At check out they charged me extra for the twin although in the original booking it clearly said King and Twin, so I dont know where the extra charge came from. Water was not hot and I had to take a cold shower. Shower gel given was half used from previous occupants may be. I asked if there is laundry onsite and they insisted they will do it for me without quoting me the price and at the end added it to the bill. It wasn't a big amount but still, it would be nice to quote a price first. There are stairs at the property so you will need help with lugguage. This was pricier than staying at a hotel in Tunis and taking a 20 dinar ride to Sidi Bou Said.

Great staff very modern chic hotel. Staff specially Ahmed and Mohammed very helpful . They want to make sure customers feel at home. Will definately visit again. Breakfast Is.great worth it
