The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. Check ins were slow. The room was nice and the view was nice but the rooms have almost no light. They would benefit greatly from a floor lamp or two. There is insanely loud music on the weekends in the courtyard until late. It your room is on the wrong side of the building it is impossible to rest. It feels like the music is in your room. It is incredibly loud.

Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in Arabic under his breath. Not nice considered there are people out there with medical issues and no one should have to face that sort of treatment. The beach was lovely, very clean and sandy clear waters. Overall a great stay minus the few encounters of rude staff

Food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing letting it down was the air conditioning, it only worked from 3pm to 3am and had a foul odor when working.

I had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire team for their excellent hospitality. A special thanks to Hanadi or nadim (I hope I remembered the name correctly) at reception, who was extremely helpful during the check-in process and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Cyrine, Guest Relations Manager, and Med Aziz from Guest Relations for their kindness, professionalism, and valuable recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Hammamet. They truly looked after me throughout my stay, checking in with me every day to make sure everything was perfect and that I was enjoying my holiday. Their care and attention made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. Special thanks as well to Walid and the lovely team at the pool bar for their friendly service and for making my time there so enjoyable. Overall, all the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their dedication and positive attitude made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning soon with my family. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience

Excellent location with spotless rooms and very accommodating staff. The only draw back is the chicken burger we had at the beach bar, it needs to be changed for a healthier tasteful option. Otherwise everything was great
