This room gave us a very luxurious feel. With the floor to ceiling windows, 2 balconies, amazing view, comfy bed, and jetted tub with a view. Then you have a kitchen! Oh and parking is free! The pool was good, the gym was awesome! Probably one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas.

Room cleaning staff was extremely friendly and helpful, so good to see people like them in the hotel. The room is very modern as well.
The casino dealers were also friendly and patient, but the casino manager was so impatient and rude to us when we explained we are new players. His tone made me feel unwelcome. The dealers were totally opposite of him though, they were nice.

The host was not clear about housekeeping. No fresh towels/washcloths without a charge was inconvenient, especially since I didn't know beforehand. Cigarette burn in the comforter—hair in the shower.
Nice view. Nice shower and jetted tub. Nice-sized space. Comfy bed.
