El área de la piscina y alrederores estaban limpios. La comida del restaurante es buena. El personal es amigable. Pero, lo más importante que es la habitación, tenía mal olor, y parece que no hubieran limpiado en semanas. Deben mejorar eso.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and booked the king suite with a balcony view — the scenery was absolutely stunning. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, including the housekeeping team. The only downside was one evening when a wedding reception was held on-site, and parking became a major issue. There were no available spots for hotel guests, which forced me to park my rental car on the main road — something I wasn’t comfortable with. I’d recommend the hotel consider reserving parking spaces for guests, perhaps by marking them with room numbers or restricting access during events.

Very friendly staff. I liked the complimentary breakfast and easy parking. Also happen to go on a weekend when there weren't any events, not sure how it is when there's an event, they have several reception rooms, but it was quiet. The rooms are a bit out dared.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado para visitar Rincón, Aguadilla y los pozos de Jacinto y Teodoro, y sectores aledaños. También es un plus que tiene piscina y una playa que se puede acceder desde el hotel. El desayuno es bastante limitando ya que solo hay una opción, pero está bien. En las habitaciones hace falta un refri, ya que estando de vacaciones en PR uno trata de tener agua fría a la mano. En general nos gustó, y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
