I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

Fue la mejor experience, es la segunda vez que voy y siempre es lo mejor . Reception son las mas Bella’s del mundo . Angy y liliana son un amor bien professional y con una education super ! Me senti como en casa. Los veos pronto. Gracias por todo .

Rooms exceeded expectations, friendly staff, not over crowded, very clean, advise to check beach conditions for travel dates - lots of sargassum some times of the year, main pool closed earlier than expected -6pm each day

Excelente servicio. Fueron súper amables, alegres. El hotel está muy bonito. La pasamos muy bien.
