Cute setting. Enjoyed the outdoor/deck lounge area. Friendly and helpfull staff. Small bathroom/shower, but overall very nice rooms with all amenities and very comfortable beds. Walking distance to "downtown" area. Will be back 😀

Hidden Gem

What an awesome place to discover ! Loved the vibe, so close to everything downtown and WSU campus. It was clean, felt very safe, and the front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very cute hotel idea but the pictures are slightly deceiving. I really wanted to love this place because it’s not a chain but it still had the motel vs hotel vibe, even with the upgrades. Positives: • text reminders • digital locks / keyless entry • video game consoles with no extra charge • quiet • affordable • easy to book • easy check in / check out • eco friendly • in room fridge & microwave • air conditioning • free WiFi Positives with downfalls: • dog friendly (kind of) - there’s a very small area for pets but it’s inconveniently placed right next to the car charger so it’s blocked for the most part • breakfast (kind of) - limited selection • huge tvs (poor audio from speakers) • really comfy bed but the sheets, comforter, and pillows are INCREDIBLY dingy and pilling. • shower gets nice and hot but the shower head is way too high and impossible to adjust the angle so you’re almost forced to shower up against the wall. • usb plugs in the lamps but they don’t work Negatives: • There are stairs only - no elevator. • All doors point out making rooms street accessible • only stairs no elevator • looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a few weeks, even though there’s a sign under the bed that says “yes we clean everywhere” • late checkout is 1 hour later only, otherwise you’re paying more for a few hours than what you paid for a night • no ice machine Would I come back? Maybe if they fixed the dirty blankets & added more outlets.

Loved the design and decor of this retro-contemporary hotel. Every email, text, or communication from them makes you feel like you are actually going to stay with friends - not a hotel. I would definitely suggest staying there when in the Pullman area. 😃

Hotel management has done a good job of making this an eclectic hotel in downtown Pullman. Staff communications were excellent and they easily accommodated a late check-in. The room is not spacious, but adequate, with good amenities. The round table and chairs in the room work okay for short term desk work. The breakfast offering was oatmeal (all three mornings) with a large selection of toppings, pop tarts, coffee, limited fruit, and a variety of other cold beverages. The air conditioner is loud, and you get a fair bit of street noise with the windows open. The bed comfort was okay. Overall, a good hotel that meets basic needs.

We have stayed here twice and both times we had a great experience! The staff was friendly and very helpful when we needed them. The rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. I really appreciated the token that I received at check in for a free drink! The Hotel is small and quaint. I’ve stayed at bigger hotels and there’s no personalization! Hotel McCoy is a great place to stay!

Really great remodel and fun to stay at a classic motel. Some of the accessories in the room are beginning to look worn, like the throw blanket and the bathroom sink cabinet, but for the price it was excellent-better than expected. While it comes with breakfast I recommend the bakery Roost, next door!

The Hotel McCoy is a small, quaint but cool, boutique Hotel. Totally modernized and done in a sort of midcentury type retro modern, without being totally midcentury, it was a nice place to rest our head. We were only in town for a day, so we didn't get to enjoy everything the McCoy had to offer, but I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. Their front desk is only open until 10, and we were arriving later than that. But they sent me my room number and access code at 9:30 and had a night porter on-site if we had any issues. Very efficient and easy check-in, They've definitely embraced technology where it helps the process for both guest and staff. Check-out was sending a text. Easy. The room was nice and spacious and well equipped. The bathroom isn't huge, but it wasn't tiny and it seems like it's been recently remodeled and is super clean. Though we didn't use them, there's a gym, a bar, a mini store in the office, and there's a chill out area with ping pong and foosball. The only downsides were the small parking area in the front of the hotel and the A/C noise. We did find parking in the back, though we were told we should have parked on the side. But, not a huge issue. The in-unit A/C units are extremely loud, but earplugs were provided and we were so tired it didn't matter. But something to note if you are sensitive to that. It's definitely a cute place to stay if you are in town to visit your kid at WSU or catch a game.
