We always enjoy our stays at the Pullman Hotel McCoy. The staff is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the oatmeal bar in the mornings is a winner.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. They responded quickly to the maintenance issues and were friendly and considerate. It's an older property so maintenance is a challenge, but the staff was on top of the issues as soon as it was brought to their attention. We'll stay here again on our next trip.

The overall atmosphere was incredible, very fun design and very cute room! Big TV in front of the bed is always a plus in my book, and they had a little NES game console to play as well! Next time I need a room in Pullman, I know where im going!
