This was not a cookie cutter hotel. It was a great reflection of the Pullman community. Lots of WSU memorabilia on display and displays of local history. I had a room with a view and would ask for that again. The staff was cheerful and helpful.

Stay Away

The staff is amazing and literally the only redeeming factor. The hotel is shabby, run down and the beds were so uncomfortable that we had to move rooms. I can’t recommend staying at a place where the owners clearly refuse to invest in their customer experience or their staff’s well being. It’s a poorly run business and the nightly rate was not commiserate with the quality.

The hotel is clean, but breakfast was not as good. There were few protein options, it was mostly sweet stuff. Also there were many times that breakfast items were out and no one would replace them, such as milk, yogurt or even coffee. I’ll not choose this hotel again if I have another choice.

The rooms and hotel are dated. It feels like everything creeks when you walk. The rooms arent sound proof so you can hear tvs when you walk by the room. If you need an affordable option it is clean and comfortable.

The only place to stay in Pullman

The only place we stay when visiting our daughter at wsu. They have a pet friendly policy indoor pool wonderful breakfast and all the employees take such Pride with the upkeep of this property that should make the owners proud. There was only one minor issue with the fitted bed sheet that kept coming off while you were sleeping at night and that was uncomfortable so they need to get different fitted sheets. Towels are always fluffy and the room is always clean and comfortable. We love this place
