It was big and perfect for my business trip. Very clean and quiet

It was a quaint, modern hotel in a good location in Pacific Grove. Main issue was how noisy it was. Being on 2nd floor, with balcony facing in of courtyard, you can hear the music late into the evening, even with glass doors closed. Had to call front desk to ask to turn off courtyard music around 9:30pm one night. The noisier part was hearing stomping and footsteps above where I was sleeping. Didn't usually stop until just before midnight, but would pick up again around 7am. They weren't the loudest, but as a light sleep, made it hard to get to bed before 10pm. In-hotel restaurant/room services was good, but didn't have much affordable, casual options to eat for dinner. Bit too fancy for my liking. Also room I was in had plenty of space, but had no desk and office chair to get work done. Could sit at couch with small round table, but lacked good back support. Overall good hotel at good location, but definitely needs to work on better sound reduction and soundproofing footsteps that may prevent guests from sleeping peacefully.

The two rooms were smaller than website photos. I guess they all use white angle lenses. We had a small little fireplace heater for the entire room. Would not book during the late fall and winter months because the heater would not be adequate to keep the room warm. It was charming and centrally, located to shops and restaurants.

The motel was ok but nothing great. There was no room for us to park on the property so we parked on the street across the road. The sliding door opened out on a walk way so that the rooms around us could easily see in, not good. It was very cold at night, but there was a fire place to use.

Great room with a beautiful view. Reservations are highly recommended for their restaurant.

Everything was amazing except for the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the signal only reached the entrance of our room, so we couldn’t reliably use it inside.

The staff was so friendly and operated so smoothly to get us checked in and settled in our room without having to lift a finger. All of the amenities and services were great, and we especially loved the breakfast delivered right to our room. The room was clean and roomy and the courtyard was perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.
