Windsong on the Reef offers 133 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and coffee/tea makers. Each accommodation is individually decorated. The property itself was both beautiful and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. All the food we had was very good but there was a limited selection of choices and they were a bid slow with the food preparation. We were there during the beginning of slow season so it was nice not dealing with crowds. I would definitely recommend the Wingsong to others.

The staff is very friendly, service was excellent from second we got onto property. We stayed in building 4,was wonderful! the cleaning and towel checks were done even twice a day! The 1-bedroom unit was big and had everything we needed inside. Only thing we didnt like in the unit, the fridge door was impossible to open at times, it goes into a lock mode, that should be disabled if possible. The grill outside-one was not working (no gas tank), one had a broken handle,but we were still able to use it. The deal breaker for us were the amount of rocks on the beach and in the water. Every single member of my family hit the rocks at least once a day, despite the fact that we were trying to avoid them. IF you prefer the beach not the pool, then remember this resort's beach is FULL of rocks. The two young ladies serving breakfast in building 4 were very sweet and attentive, the cleaning lady was also extremely nice, staff goes above and beyond, and the resort is really nice, only downfall is the rocky beach.

The property is a perfect size and family orientated. The location is close to the beach and accessible to other local hotels. The staff is great specifically Ruth, butler services, and Dayshera at the front desk. From the first day we arrived they were so helpful and kind. They made the trip extra special. I don't recommend visiting the onsite restaurant but checking out the other restaurants at Waymara and some of the local restaurants. I was disappointed that I didn't get my specific room request that I asked for before my arrival. I had hoped they would had adjusted my request during my stay but they didnt. We stayed in the VIP area and the rooms are modern and clean.

The location is awesome! Right on a reef full of fish. You don't need to get any snorkeling tours because right in front of the hotel is just as good as any tour. The staff is downright rude. I highly recommend renting a car so you don't have to depend in the waitstaff for your food. They will treat you like crap, make you wait a very long time and get your order wrong. Some just don't care but many are outright rude. Particularly breakfast. I waited for 10 minutes while the staff just looked at me before i picked up the coffee cups and coffee carafe and sat myself one time. Every time they acted like I was a jerk for just being there and making them work. I have been all over the world and this is the worst I have ever been treated. It was not a pleasant experience and was really a shock the first time I ordered food there. Another example is at dinner one night, the food took forever to get there, as usual, but when we asked for the check 3 times, it finally came 30 minutes later. The table next to us was still waiting just for their check one hour and were still there after we signed our check! The vibe was very negative to the point it almost ruined the experience totally for me. When I was in the water, it was great! As soon as I got out of the water, I was angry. I can't believe I paid that much to get treated like crap.

We recently stayed at Windsong on the Reef (July 20 - 25) and loved every minute! The resort is stunning - always clean and inviting. We stayed in an oceanfront 2 bedroom suite and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the size of the suite. Furniture (including beds) were extremely comfortable. The room attendants work non-stop to keep your suite beautiful. Even washed dishes left in the sink!! Daily cleaning and turndown service. The pool are clean and lounge chairs around pools are wonderful. The beach is gorgeous with lounge chairs and umbrellas always available. You can float all day in the ocean and never see a wave - only wakes from boats. The reef is defintely worth staying at this location. We saw a lot of people walking from other resorts just to snorkel on the reef which is literally right in front of you! Wasn't really impressed with the food, but the continental breakfast that was included with our stay was great! There are so many exceptional restaurants in T & C who cares if the resort food is great or not?? Hands down we will be back to Windsong on the Reef soon!

I loved everything about this resort! Granted we did stay at the newly renovated side which is what I wanted. The rooms were so clean and I loved the beach view. The water was amazing and snorkeling too! So many beautiful fish to see! Can’t wait to come back and bring more friends and family!

Perfect anniversary getaway!

Here for our 24th anniversary. Fantastic service. Snorkeling, kayaking, and sailing on site. Tours can pick you up from the beach in front of the hotel. Food was great. Absolutely no complaints and would stay here again.

We arrived at Windsong on a Thursday and left Monday. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and accommodating in every way. They helped us book our excursions and set up transportation as well. The restaurant on site was good and the staff were very friendly as well. The pool was refreshing and the ocean so close was even better. The staff who really stood out to us were Dashaya & Ruth at the front desk and Omar at the restaurant. Definitely recommend Windsong on the reef. Also the housekeeping staff kept our rooms clean and stocked with lots of towels and other products.

Very clean beautifully furnished room. Hotel employees were extremely attentive to our every request. We were pleasantly surprised about how good the food was at restaurants.

Beautiful smaller resort with same amenities. The most beautiful beach. Beach and pool are so close. Friendly staff. Kitchen in the bungalow helped alot with costs since food can be $ and continental breakfast is ok. We rented a car…..went for groceries and visited the island a bit Would 100% come back here

Everyone here is so sweet to us at the resort. They have practically everything available on the property. All staff have been very informative and willing to help. I'm completely satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back.

We stayed in the brand new building. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette, and balcony. It had everything you needed to make a meal. If you choose to buy groceries, the refrigerator & freezer was plenty big to hold everything. The property was beautiful with an amazing beach and reef right off shore for snorkeling adventures. There were plenty of cabana and beach chairs at both the beach and pools during our stay. The, staff members were friendly, personable, and treated us kindly or entire stay. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The property itself was to die for! Such a beautiful resort with all necessary amenities. The staff called to check in and made sure I was comfortable and accommodated. I will be returning.

Beautiful views, clean large bright suite

We loved our ocean view junior suite with a balcony. it was larger than we thought, very clean, beautiful views. Very convenient to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo in the room. We loved the views from the balcony. The room, bathroom and the kitchen was cleaned everyday but they did not clean the balcony. Service staff was polite and quiet. However the wait staff at Dune and Jojo's were slow, indifferent and we had to repeat our requests several times. They seem bored or annoyed all the time. Our room was on the 5th floor, while it offered great views the non stop loud music from the 6th floor bar was irritating. Manager was kind and accommodating, Would have been nice if we had waitstaff on the beach to order food and drinks.
