Arrived had used cigarette in non smoking room, stain on cover. Rug was filthy, bench in room filthy, bed squeeked a lot. Shower was nasty, room had good air conditioning, size of room was nice, bed was comfortable. Door to room was broken kind of, walls paper paper thin, could make out entire convos of neighbors. Pool was nice, pretty hotel. Restaurant was ok,location was nice very close to beach. Had shuttle service to beach. This is a budget friendly place. And you really get what you pay for here, and maybe a little less. They could work better on cleanliness and updating basic things to make the stay better, overall my stay wasn’t impacted poorly as I came pretty prepared with my own sheets and blankets. Etc. but I wouldn’t come back here.

We had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredibly polite, pleasant, and accommodating from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional. We were unexpectedly stuck due to a hurricane and had to extend our stay — the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for during a stressful time. They even arranged transportation and shuttle services to the beach and other places, which made a huge difference. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Our first visit and the property was so nice and quiet. Robes and slippers in your room, shuttle to the beach, close enough to walk to dining, coffee, and the grocery store. The free E-bike rentals were used daily by my wife and I. Excellent trip.

This trip was our second time at The Oasis and it did not disappoint at all! We absolutely love it there and love the addition of La Isolana restaurant. We must thank the following staff that made our trip so special this time around: Nev and Alba (front desk) for making my husband’s birthday so special, Leslie for giving us such a warm welcome every morning at breakfast, Whitley for driving us in the shuttle to the beach, and David (or Daniel??) for making us such good pizza! We came back for the beauty of Turks but the Oasis reminded us that it’s also for the people who are so kind, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

This is a hidden Gem. The staff is what truly made our stay the most enjoyable and memorable. The room was very clean and well equipped. Close to the pool with a private patio. The bed was comfortable. Pillows are large but very soft. It is close to shopping and entertainment. Walkable to shops and groceries. We enjoyed the snapper at the on-site restaurant it was delicious. I can’t say it enough the staff make you feel like family. Thank you and we will be back soon.

Good with opportunities for great!

We had a good time at the Oasis at Grace Bay. This boutique hotel is very well maintained, and the staff absolutely lovely! Although not *on* the beach, they are very close and have a shuttle running all the time back and forth. They also have their own setup on the beach with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and staff. 2 pools with a fair amount of shade were pleasant to relax during the hot hours of the day. Where we were a tiny bit disappointed was that there was 0 advance warning about a construction site very next to half the rooms, including the one we were in...I mean *very next* like 20ft away. The work was not overwhelmingly noisy, but enough to wake us up when they started at 7am. Our first morning was a Sunday so it wasn't a factor, and by Monday we felt it was too late to request a change. We would have appreciated better advanced communication on the topic. And the second one was that technology was abundant in a freshly renovated hotel. We love that! But it wasn't always working to perfection. E.g. talking smoke detectors had to be removed from multiple room as they were all reporting false alarms. Ipad in every room loaded with information, but asking for an iCloud password from day 2, plenty of bikes but most un-usable, LED lighting in room flickering. Oh and don't forget to clear your Netflix password on exit, cause they won't. I would definitely go back to this hotel, assuming they continue to improve on those technology challenges.

This is a real Oasis that’s hidden right in Grace Bay that’s so close the beach and all the other amenities. The landscape and resort is so very well appointed and the staff is so amazing. It’s a boutique resort where you do not overpay. We will be coming back again and are going to recommend to friends and families.
