This is a beautiful property. Everything about it was great. Their sister hotel, Alexandria had more activities though. I would highly recommend staying at Blue Haven Resort.

We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful.

Blue Haven resort is the smaller of the two sister resorts and we loved that. Most of staff is very friendly and engaging. The beach area and water sports were exactly what we wanted. There was plenty of activities to choose from and the excursions were pretty reasonable. Food was plenty!! We would definitely go back!

Great place to stay away from Grace Beach. Very nice beach and quiet laid back atmosphere. For being an all-inclusive, it was ok. The service is decent, but the staff are not eager to help you out. The food selection was good, but the taste was mediocre. After spending time at all inclusive resorts in different countries, TCI is way overpriced for what you get.

Loved this resort- great for honeymoon!

Had a great time staying at blue haven for our honeymoon! 10/10 recommend staying here because you get all inclusive access to both the Alexandra and blue haven! All of the food is amazing! I do wish there was more entertainment at night- was more of a quiet resort! Staff was amazing and drinks were fantastic! Would definitely come back!

This is a small and quiet resort located in a residential area. The staff is helpful and always greets you with a smile. Pedro and the pool bar staff went above and beyond to make sure that our drinks were always full and that we were happy and comfortable. We enjoyed our 5 days there and are already talking about going back.

We loved our stay at Blue Haven and would highly recommend it to anyone considering an all inclusive stay in Turks. It is definitely more quiet and less busy than its sister resort Alexandria. Given this was a trip away from the kids for my wife and I, it was exactly what we were looking for. Breath takingly gorgeous, good service, and excellent food. My only complaint would be the wait for some of the dining options. A suggestion would be to limit how many reservations can be made by Alexandria guests (they may already do this, I'm not sure). We would go back in a heartbeat!

We spent our honeymoon at Blue Haven and were pleased. The staff was helpful and fun providing ideas on how to experience the island. Mikkaela (front desk) and Smiley (Acticites) were helpful and added to the experience. The onsite activities were a limited to a few water sports, and 2 or 3 daily afternoon 'games', but no group activities such as yoga, or fitness experiences. As for the room, there were a few items in the room that could use some updates, but overall a great stay and view. The food was good (not great), with a few options each day. Several of the restaurants were closed during our stay. The rooms have free soda and water and some beer, but at this price point, I would think there would be a full mini-bar, including snacks in the room. Also, the service was friendly, with full beach service. The transportation options were limited if not going to the sister resort, which at times there was only limited seating available. All this being said, we had a great time, not "wowed", by any means, but a good stay.
