Everything was perfect

Good air conditioning it was over 100 degrees the day I stayed. Staff very nice. There is a nice river side deck and cooler by the river. Great bed and shower. I would definitely stay there again. Very quiet.

This property is fine. It is not a bed and breakfast. That is a listing error. It is a nice place. Clean. The hosts are friendly. I gauge off of would I stay again- and the answer is no. We booked last minute, and arrived at the hotel moments after. While we were getting a tour of the room, they had the roll-away bed in the room already. I was going to request one- but it was already there, coincidentally, from the prior guests. So, I said, that's convenient. The next day I got a $75 dollar charge for the bed. Given the circumstances, I thought that was absurd as the only extra work would be washing the sheets- not the actual placement of the bed. For this reason- I would not stay again. Several options in Ashland.

Next visit to the OSF no question we’ll stay here if available. Short walking distance to everything in downtown Ashland, yet quiet and private.
