Clean. Well worth the price. Breakfast was just okay. Pretty on par with others. We would stay there again.

Quiet location. Very near the university and about 10 min from the Shakespeare theater. Friendly staff. Good value, not fancy.

The room was fine. There is a lot of noisy traffic on the street but we were able to block the noise with the HVAC system. The staff is very nice and is helpful.

I thought this was an abandoned hotel when I arrived

Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Happy hour delightful. Property was beautiful. Our room was very nice. The only challenge was how tall the bed was. There was a small footstool on one side, but nothing on the other side. Other than that, a great stay.

We stayed in the upper appartment. The place is beautiful, comfortable, quite, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden patio. The location is a short walking distance to Ashlands' center with its theaters, coffee shops and restaurants. Steve, our host, was welcoming, bery communicative and accessible. Our stay was perfect.

The building is lovely, as are the grounds. Staff was friendly and helpful.
