Prospect Vacation Packages

We stayed in the upper appartment. The place is beautiful, comfortable, quite, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden patio. The location is a short walking distance to Ashlands' center with its theaters, coffee shops and restaurants. Steve, our host, was welcoming, bery communicative and accessible. Our stay was perfect.

I loved Prosperos and will definitely stay there again! But I will not use Expedia. I had a check-in that was a computer FaceTime and it startled me when I walked into the lobby and something said hello to me without me realizing that it was on a computer screen. She assigned me a third floor room. Fortunately, she referred to the agent at the counter because I had a dog with me and needed a pet room. I did not see that accommodation on Expedia website. I did not like the computer check-in procedure. Maybe I’m just old , but person to person is better. However, the motel was delightful in every other aspect, clean and comfortable, wonderfully accommodating good breakfast.

I was charged $86 for incidentals after check out, though it should have been $30; no email was sent to explain. OTOH, the breakfast buffet is good and the grounds are lovely. (Be aware that, as to be expected at a hot springs, the water smells and tastes funky.)
