Go literally anywhere else

My God this place was gross. I knew it was going to be bad when I came in around 9pm on 7/4 and saw the front desk associate just vaping on the couch in the lobby. I couldn't even walk on the carpet in the room because of how nauseatingly filthy it felt. The bathroom absolutely was not cleaned. Toothpaste all over the sink faucet and pubic hair on the toilet seat. There was also some type of oily film smeared all over the door and tables. It was like housekeeping sprayed wood cleaner and didn't bother to wipe it up. Housekeeping is AWFUL here. I do want to make it known that the front desk associate working the morning on 9/5 was lovely. She's a keeper.

It was one of the most run down and dated Quality Inn location I have been. It smelled, the carpet was sticky, it was gross. I would never return to this location. The only bright spot was that the linens and towels were clean.

Courteous but ewwww.

Check-in was easy. Walked into the room to see a bedbug on the wall near the bath room. Didn’t use the breakfast nook. Courteous, but wow it needs some cleanup and upgrade.

Pleasantly surprised

For the price, we were pleasantly surprised. We were comfortable and the service was very good, helpful when our reservation didn’t show up in their system. When we showed our email from hotels.com they made sure we got the room we wanted.
