We had a great stay! Kids and adults had a great time at the waterslides. Room was clean and well taken care of. Had all we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Waffles and cheese omelettes with bacon. Only thing missing was fruit. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service

Beautiful hotel. However the bed is very hard. But the biggest issue was the wait time for breakfast. I was in a line of approx. 30 people for 45 mins. They ran out of everything and took this long to refill. No one came to talk to the line up of people to apologize, thanks for our patience, etc. I went to express my concern to the front desk. She did not apologize. She just said, yeah, we're having a problem today. I understand if they were short staff, etc. But at least come to the line and talk to us. It was very poor customer service
