We had a great trip and our stay was very comfortable. Super friendly staff.

Upon checking in, room floors were very very dirty. Our kids were walking with bare feet and their feet were covered with thick black dirt/soot. Then there’s no A.C in the room and we went in August so the room become very hot - they have a fresh air button which doesn’t do anything tmk. There are rules around cleaning vessels make sense but no cloth to wipe it, not sure if we were expected to bring our own. Lastly, we stayed 4 nights, I called them to clean floor every day but they ignored and finally cleaned on last day before we checked out.

The complimentary muffins were absolutely delicious! The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The host was kind enough to inform us early that we could check in ahead of time, which was super helpful. They also contacted me right away when I accidentally left my glasses behind. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but overall it was a great stay.

Great place! We had a double queen water view room, that was awesome. You could see the marina and onward. The room was clean, the beds were comfy (a little bouncy though). They had a small coffee pot. No mini fridge which was a bummer for storing my kids’ milks, but you could buy more from the lobby fridge. We stayed during the week, so not sure if this is different on weekends, but the restaurant opened at 11am. Although there was a separate cafe open within quick walking distance. The hotel is also pretty close to the cruise tours. We did Lazy Otter. You could walk it (~1/2mi), but we drove. Parking for hotel is the big gravely area across street. Not a lot of space but also other people parked terribly, decreasing the space. All in all, solid experience. We would stay again.
