Everyone was pleasant and accomodating. My only small problem was I reserved a king, but they were sold out when I arrived. The internet also didn't work very well. Not great for working on this stay. Other times I've stayed it worked great. Was probably a problem with thier provider.

Loved the location. It was a lot more afforable than hotels downtown Prescott, near all kinds of restaurants and shopping.The windows opened with screens (important for my husband). Loved the fridge and microwave in the room, HOWEVER, the roaring air conditioner was impossible to use while trying to sleep.
