On arrival and check in, I was immediately dismayed to find the elevator was inoperable, and I was on the top floor, the stairwell was littered, there were individuals on the first landing smoking something other than cigarettes. My room was disgustingly filthy, there were individuals walls were cracked, the curtain was disheveled and the air conditioner unit had no cover over the metal filter which was clogged with God knows what and the television had a huge crack down the screen and was not functional to view. I requested a refund and was told no. Reason given was due to the discount given on reservation by my credit card offer which was made online. I provided my card and state drivers license on checkin to verify my identity as asked. By the front desk attendant. I requested clean sheets and another television at least - was told nothing was available not even another room. On returning to my room I was approached by two separate individuals selling drugs. The following morning I asked again to speak to the manager or owner who was not available the night before - introduced to an elderly man who ‘did not understand English’ . She was unable to translate. After a long effort to explain my displeasure he shook his head and left. My local associate came to get me and created quite a stir and the clerk asked me to check out for the next nights refund she had refused to give me earlier. This required my card and license again - I received a credit for $50 but charged $171

The property not is the great think normally only for sleep one night not too much smell , marihuana and nor smell clean very weird people walking around bad experience I went alone I need block my room

The hotel is in a very sketchy part of town. The bed and the bathtub seemed fairly clean however, it’s very outdated and many of the metal light fixtures are rusted. I’m glad I only had to stay there one night because it smelled a little bit like mold. Breakfast was pretty gross too, very hard. The gentleman that checked me in any questions, I asked him he seemed confused by.

Staff was helpful the parking was good

The picture on the site is not what I saw in person. The inside needs to be painted and refreshed. The carpet needs to be removed to prevent odor. The stove needs upgrading. It would be good to order new towels. Overall, the inside need a refacing. Staff should be available at all times. My room key deactivated and I had to go to the front desk to reactivate. There was no one at the front desk. I didn’t wait long but still.. The building also need to be sprayed for bugs.
