The reception was easy and the staff was kind for both check-in and check-out. The room was a nice size with a comfy bed. Area is very walkable with many dining and pub options nearby. Recommend and will stay again.

we would definitely return. Everyone at Unitas was helpful, friendly, and polite. Clean room. (it was 86 degrees when we were there so grateful to have had AC). Great walkable location.

Room needed some tlc and housekeeping was pretty much non existent but bed was clean and comfortable and bathroom was ok. Price was great. Breakfast buffet was good. We tried to tell staff about a few things that needed attention but couldn’t communicate well enough to get our message across. Neighbourhood okay. Overall - not bad for the price but don’t expect 4*.

The hotel is on the edge of Stare Mesto and it's a great location. The center of Stare Mesto is a very short walk (if you don't get lost) and the area around the hotel is very quiet and a block or two from a main road (which has the tram to the train station.) The staff was great. They told me about a nearby restaurant that was great, provided directions, told me transit is free if you're 65, and were friendly and helpful. My room in the "residence" part was nice, clean, etc and my only comment is that it's a little spartan in appearance.

Hotel is very near to major attractions and public transportation . Our room is with high ceiling and roomy. Personnel’s are very helpful especially Ivan and Lucie. I left one of my AirPod and they are working on how I can get it back . We will stay again in the near future.

The best location! The propperty is on a very quiet street, just a short 5 minute walk into the heart of the city. Rooms are extremely spacious and couldn't recommend the hotel enough!

The whole stay was a disappointment! the whole room was like a third world setting: the thin carpet looked like serving there for decades with an old smells, the TV screen was the size of a computer screen . They provided no coffee maker. You got two bottles of .5L water and three cheap teabags, with no refills for our four nights of stay. Shower drain so old, water flow was so slow…. When I asked to switch the room, the manager told me I only have an option to pay 70 Euro pay night to upgrade it. Such an awful experience.

So many good things to say about Unitas Residence! Located just a short walk to Old Town Square, the river and shopping areas with many restaurants and bars and also public transportation. The hotel itself is on a quiet side street. Awesome staff…large rooms…a courtyard with patio furniture where you can sit and relax. I would highly recommend Unitas Residence to anyone planning to visit Prague!
