The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Prague. The Charles Bridge is just a short walking distance away, making it very convenient to explore the city’s main attractions on foot. Although we paid for a premium room, it was the smallest room i have ever had. We had to move the bedside table to open the door! We had no hot water for 2 days. Mini bar was free but they wouldnt change the full fat coke for diet! I spoke with management and they did nothing!
