We loved our stay at this place, everything was very clean and welcoming. The location is great, you can get anywhere on foot, tram or train, close to most places, shops and restaurants. Amazing views of the River and very quiet environment. Easy to check in and check out. Host very responsive to any questions and very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property, great place to stay in Prague.

This property is excellent. Just next to a great coffee shop and an amazing restaurant on the corner of the block. As it on the main road overlooking the river, everything is within a walking distance. Absolutely an amazing location.

The room and the location were excellent, especially if you want to be near-ish to Old Town/Prague 1 but not in it. Close to the train station and multiple tram lines. We would have loved if there were laundry facilities on site, but not a big deal for a few days. The self-check in app was pretty easy to use, but if you struggle with technology or need to have a reception desk, this may not be the hotel for you. All in all, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Property was as described, no complimentary coffee pods included with the coffee machine. So had to go the shop to buy some. Overall was a very good stay although a check in time of 3pm is quite late especially with a 10am check out time. Overall a pleasant stay

It was warm and clean, which we were very satisfied with. The tram and bus stops were very close, and there were good restaurants, a pharmacy, and a small supermarket within a 2-minute walk. There was also a chain grocery supermarket about a 7-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

Everything seemed to be there but no toilet paper had to go to the local mini market couple of minutes walk. Nowhere to leave luggage after checkout but if you message them they give you a local hotel you can drop off at but you have to pay cash 5€ each piece

Getting in and out are easy, just use the code in their app. However I have booked the river view room specifically but I was given a room that is facing the street and to another building (North side), with a glimpse of the bridge at the last window.. I called the customer service number and they have swiftly changed me to the one that is actually facing the river (West side) and it was perfect. Beautiful view and very clean room. Elevator is available after you reach the 1st floor. Everything is quite new. There are cups and plates even cooking pots and pans so you can cook if you want. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. BTW the coffee shop right next the the hotel was fantastic!
