A Perfect Stay at Maximilian Hotel, Prague

From the moment I arrived at the Maximilian Hotel, I knew I had made the right choice—again. This was my second visit to Prague and my second stay at the Maximilian. Nestled in the heart of Prague, it’s just a short stroll to the iconic Astronomical Clock, Old Town Square, and the winding cobbled streets that give the city its timeless charm. Being able to explore Prague’s most treasured sights without the need for transport made the experience all the more seamless and enjoyable. But what truly elevates the Maximilian is its staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness are absolutely exceptional. From front desk to housekeeping, every interaction was marked by grace and genuine care. Their manners are second to none, making you feel welcomed and valued from the moment you walk through the door. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail—from the elegant furnishings to the calming ambiance—is curated with an evident sense of care and sophistication. My room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and provided a perfect sanctuary after days spent exploring the city. One moment in particular captured the spirit of the Maximilian. I stayed over my birthday weekend, and without any mention or request, the staff surprised me by leaving a lovely birthday cake, a bottle of champagne, and a a personal note in my room. It was a deeply touching and memorable gesture that speaks volumes about their dedication to guest experience. 5 stars!!

Perfect location in Prague. You are a few minutes walk from the town center, but far enough away that it's very quiet at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location is very central, so walking to all most all other sights was also easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel in a great location

We stayed for my brothers stag party, the hotel was very clean and tidy and the service was fantastic! There’s a great coffee shop within the hotel which served great coffee and pastries. I will definitely look to return with my wife. The hotel is in a great location on the edge of the main square and 10 minutes walk from the shopping Centre.

This is a gem of a place - a great location easily walkable to the sights of Prague. There are numerous bars and restaurants in close proximity to suit any requirement. The room was clean and spacious and the complimentary drinks a nice touch.

Room and location were great. The hotel is new and modern. My room was quiet as it was off the street. I never heard noise from my neighbors. The only issues were the pillows were thin and not very comfortable. Also, the heat wanted to keep the room at 23 Celsius and would not get lower than that. I ended up turning it off and the room did not get cold, even though it was in the low very cold in January
