No responses to 5 emails sent. no one at the front desk until 10 am and no one after 10 pm. No electricity on two occasions. Sat n the dark for two hours until fixed. No hot water when the electricity is out. Furnishings are old Mattresses need replacing as well as the pillows. Chairs were worn out. Frayed wire on one of the lamps. we stayed in the junior suite

Great old-fashioned hotel with amazing view of the castle. So-so breakfast buffet. I had a huge room with a tiled bathroom and a monstrous tub; I felt like a king! However, my first night there was only tepid water. I’m glad they fixed it on subsequent nights. Lots of charm and I’d happily return.

quiet - very near bridge - not charles bridge but the next one upriver. walkable all over. nice hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. room nice but we did not have a shower - only bath so we had to get used to this. and one day unfortunately not enough hot water ??? but ok otherwise.

Bed was comfortable and room was extremely spacious. However, there was no hot water every day after around 10pm. Also found several little midges (fly like bugs) on my bed, most likely because the window was left open when I checked into my room. For those with accessibility issues, be wary that the elevator stops between floors so you’ll have to walk down a flight of stairs either way after using the elevator.

The front desk employees, particularly the young man was very nice/helpful. The room it self was unsafe. The doors could easily be pushed in. In addition the beds were stained and new sheets were requested as there was hair on them, both beds.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location I had a comfortable stay at Klarinn Hotel Prague Castle. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a relaxing base for exploring the city. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the castle and other historic sights. However, the bathroom, particularly the toilet, could have been better maintained and cleaner.

I did not feel safe at this property. It was not properly staffed. the front desk was empty after 6 or 7 o'clock at night. I had to let myself in with the key and sometimes people would come in with me without key. One night a stranger whisked in behind me when i opened the door and then wanted to get on the elevator with me. I was on my own walking up 5 flights to be safe. If there had been staff there that could have been prevented. There are no measures in case something goes wrong. Qe are all on our own at that hotel from 7 or 8 at night until 10 in the morning. I complained and asked what to do in an emergencyand the staff had no ideas. I did like the old world ambience, it was a convenient location, my room was clean but the service was outrageous.
