Absolutely disgusting filthy bathroom, rug had some king of oil on it. The table by bed covered I. A sticky goo substance and was charged for the room 275.00 . I wouldn’t let my worst nightmare stay there. It was 100% disgusting there was mold all over the bathroom shower curtain and a stained TOILET. The towels were like sandpaper. I WOULD LOVE A REFUND !!TOTALLY DISGUSTING

The shower rod was falling apart. We could not get any television. There was all kinds of tape on the mirror. It had a funny odor to the room. But the worst was I could not get television. I asked for a partial refund and they refuse. So people beware.

Fair breakfast selection, staff was helpful in resolving issues. Property is in poor condition in general run down. Some updating seems to have been done in some rooms. Just depends what you get when you get there.

This property and stay was horrible. At first the lobby looked ok when we checked in, but we were really tired so didnt really look around. When we got to the room, we were shocked. There were stains all over the bed, the flood, holes in the wall, mold in the bathroom, and the shower rod hanging down and barely screwed in the wall. We complained to the front desk about the condition and was told there was nothing they could do. We asked if there was any water to drink as their water container was empty in the lobby and we were told that we could go to the local grocery store or go purchase it from a vending machine in a different building. We put towels on the bed, slept for a few hours and then left. When we took a shower, water went all over the floor and even on the carpet since there was basically no shower curtain. We will never stay with this chain again and won’t book with Expedia again

Disappointing Stay

The room was not clean — stained sheets and floors that turned our feet black just by walking a few steps after showering. No safety latch on the door, which didn’t feel secure. The AC was so loud it sounded like it was falling apart, and still struggled to keep the room cool. Even the basics felt like penny-pinching. The lounge water dispenser was either broken or deliberately slowed to a trickle, and when it did work, there was a sign insisting “cups only, no bottles.” Combine that with the unit often being empty, and it really felt like guests were being rationed. The only positive was the quick check-in; the front desk staff was polite and had everything ready. Unfortunately, the overall condition and management of the hotel overshadowed that.

At first glance of the room, on a late-day arrival, everything seemed acceptable. Once we were settled into our room, we noticed more - thick layer of black "dust" coming out of the air conditioner vents, missing smoke detector (it was found in the hallway floor, outside the room), no screw to hold the lampshade in place (it was constantly falling), cigarette ashes in the nighstand drawer, no curtains for the windows - only cheap plastic blinds with a few sections broken or missing, no screen or drain plug in the sink, bottom of the shower curtain was covered in mildew (couldn't see until it was wet), and the tub took over 25 min to drain after a short shower. The dirty shower in the morning was the "last straw" so to speak, so we cancelled the rest of our reservation and found a new place to stay.

The walls are paper thin and I could hear the neighbors talking. Building is old and needs a lot of work. My shower curtain didn’t reach both sides causing water to go all over floor when I showered.

The place NOT to stay!!

No remote for the tv. Took staff about 5 tries to finally get one to work. There was a coffee pot but had to ask for the coffee. No hot water for the shower. Bathroom sink was clogged. Toilet paper holder coming out of the wall. The wall above the shower was delaminating. At the continental breakfast the orange juice was empty and when the worker replaced the container he opened it with his mouth. At checkout we told staff about all the above issues and all she said was “sorry.” Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will DEFINITELY NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

I hate to leave a bad review but it was scary staying here. The whole hotel smelled like perfume so strongly that we had to leave quickly, and still got headaches. Our room was dirty upon arrival. Our bathtub leaked and flooded our bathroom. There was what I assume was a bullet hole in the wall. Our uber driver picked us up for dinner and mentioned that this hotel is unsafe, a spot for drug deals and prostitution. $260 POORLY spent, do not recommend.

This was not a wonderful stay at all. The showers weren't clean, and the shower rod was busted out of the wall, and there was noise all night. It's not a clean establishment and I feel like they may be understaffed due to it being a place for migrants.

The food was good and their was plenty. The room was not so good, hair in tub and on my lamp, toothpaste or something on the sink faucet, something by drain in tub, dirty towel i noticed as we were leaving hanging on the back of the bathroom door.
