Great location, very clean, comfy beds, and everyone working there was so friendly! The breakfast was fantastic and the staff could not have been nicer, they really went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again.

Bad Experience

Sadly, we had a bad experience at the Merry Manor. Friendly staff at check in and check out but the room and section of the hotel where we stayed was skeazy, worn out, and did not warrant the positive reviews I saw before booking. Maybe other parts of the hotel have been upgraded? Additionally the room had a ton of road noise and was very bright outside with poor black out shades. It would have been very easy for the staff to place us on the quiet back side of the hotel but for some reason they did not. I am easy to please but spent $200 for a gross room and no sleep. Will not be returning...

The room was nice and clean. The pool was beautiful and clean as well. Stayed here while visiting old orchard beach for a night. If you're looking for food, try a bite into maine it's 10 minutes away.

This is a good hotel for a one-night stay when you need it. I wouldn’t recommend long-term for a vacation. When you have to keep the lobby bathroom and breakfast area locked up, you’re not in the best area.
