I signed up to go to Quality INN and Expedia switched the site to Motel 6. When I clicked for directions, it took me to Quality Inn. When I went inside and told them I had a reservation they said I was mistaken and at Motel 6. Your website sucks. It did it repeatedly. Sometimes it would change the dates. If you didn’t notice, it’s tough crap because of your no- cancellation policy. The room was dirty, so smelled moldy, had cockroaches. I spent an hour son the phone but got the “there’s nothing I can do,” lines. You owe me $82. I will never use Expedia again and won’t hesitate to tell others of what a farce you are.

I couldn’t have gotten a better deal. The room was warm, the water was hot, the sheets, floors and everything else was clean. No complaints. And once again I got a great deal on the room. This is not my first time at the motel and I stay there whenever I’m in the area.

It was a horrific experience for my children as well as me and myhusband. We left because of the sheer stench of mold and roaches. The smell was so profound that it was apparent that the room had been neglected for years.
